Dylan Triplett

St. Louis native Dylan Triplett represents a new generation of artists pushing blues music forward without losing sight of where it came from. A gifted vocalist and dynamic performer, Triplett brings soul, blues, R&B and contemporary influences together with a voice that can move effortlessly from intimate and vulnerable to commanding and explosive.

His debut album, Who Is He?, quickly established Triplett as an artist to watch, earning him the 2023 Blues Music Award for Best Emerging Artist Album as well as Blues Blast Magazine’s Sean Costello Rising Star Award.

For Triplett, the blues has never been confined to a single sound. It is a foundation, one that gives him the freedom to explore different styles, emotions and generations of music while maintaining an identity that is unmistakably his own. Whether delivering a slow-burning ballad or taking command of a stage with a full-throttle performance, Triplett combines technical ability with the instinct and emotion of a natural storyteller.

That combination has taken him from his hometown of St. Louis to stages across the United States and abroad. Along the way, he has opened for artists including Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, appeared as part of the touring Experience Hendrix, and performed at major blues destinations including the Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise and the Big Blues Bender. Each opportunity has helped establish Triplett as both a powerful vocalist and compelling live performer with an identity that reaches beyond traditional blues.

Now, Triplett is entering the next chapter of his career with new music underway for Red Zero Records. Building on the foundation of Who Is He?, the forthcoming project finds an artist continuing to evolve, expand his sound and establish exactly who Dylan
